Your campaign commissions are updated in two rounds. The first round, which includes the flat fee, is automatically updated as soon as you submit your link on the platform. The second round, which covers any bonuses, will be applied within one week after the post link submission deadline. Keep track of your approvals through the ‘My Earnings’ page in your account.
Remember, payout requests are not automatic! Make your request through the ‘Request Payout’ section on the ‘My Earnings’ page to withdraw your earnings.
Payout requests can be submitted anytime, but the funds you request will only be paid during the first week of the month following the month you requested the payout. If the first week includes Korean holidays, your payout will be processed on the next following weekday. Please note that you can only request a payout once per month.
Let’s break it down: if you place your payout request on January 15th, the funds will be in your account during the first week of February.
💡 Here’s a tip: We recommend requesting payouts at the end of the month to ensure you don’t have to wait too long for your funds to arrive! However, please note that all payout requests should be made before the first of the month, KST, to avoid any delays!
I'm due a referral bonus, when will I receive it?
If you are due a referral bonus, it will be added to your next payout during the first week of the month. Even if you haven't participated in any campaigns, referral bonuses will still be sent during the first week of the month. If this period includes Korean holidays, your bonus will be processed on the following weekday.
What should I do if I'm charged with a custom fee?
If you’re charged a custom fee, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! To receive reimbursement, please provide us with the invoice for the custom fee. You can send this invoice to our email at creators@gopicky.com. Once we have the invoice, the reimbursement will be processed the same way as your bonuses: during the first week of the following month after you submit your request.
⚠️ Please note that custom fee payments will be sent separately from your regular bonuses. Due to potential processing issues, there might be a slight delay, and the custom fee reimbursement may arrive a few days after your bonus payment.
