I cannot log in with my existing Picky account, why is that?
The Picky App and Picky Creators platforms are entirely separate from one another. You will have to make a brand new account when joining the platform for the first time. You may use the same email and password when creating your account, but you will not be able to use them to log in immediately.
The page will not allow me to click the 'NEXT' button to continue signing up.
It is mandatory to provide all of the information requested on the page shown below before moving on to the next page. This includes the profile picture. Upload a profile picture by clicking on the grey circle with the camera image as shown below.
I am experiencing issues when using the platform on mobile.
Currently, our platform is best supported on desktop. If you are experiencing issues using the platform on mobile devices, please try using a desktop computer. We hope to update the platform with a version that is more compatible with mobile soon!
I never received a verification email.
You can resend the verification email by clicking on the profile icon on the top right hand of the page while logged in. If you still do not receive the email after resending it, please log out and try logging in again with your email while checking for any typos. If you are shown a wrong email error, you may have initially tried to sign up with an incorrect or misspelled email. Please create a new account with your correct email.
I have been blocked due to too many incorrect sign-in attempts.
