Profile> Country & Shipping Information
After clicking Profile, located on the sidebar to the left of your screen, you will be taken to a page where you can edit your personal information. If you scroll down, you will see two sections - one with a heading titled Country, and another titled Shipping Information. This is where you can change your address.
- You CAN change your Country and Shipping Information feely, so long as you do not have any campaigns you have applied to, or been accepted to.
- You CANNOT change your Country, but CAN change your Shipping Information if you have applied to a campaign and have not been accepted.
- You CANNOT change your Country, or your Shipping Information if you have been accepted to a campaign.
Before Applying to a Campaign
BEFORE APPLYING to a campaign, you are free to change your address as you wish.
After Applying to a campaign, but Before Confirming your address
AFTER APPLYING to a campaign, but BEFORE CONFIRMING your address, you can change your street address, city, and state/province. However, you cannot change the country you currently reside in. This is because Creator campaigns are often country-specific. In the case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in relocating to a new country, please contact Team Picky directly (support@gopicky.com).
AFTER APPLYING to a campaign, and AFTER CONFIRMING your address
AFTER APPLYING to a campaign, and AFTER CONFIRMING your address, you cannot change your address as the product has likely already been shipped. In the case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in a change of address, please contact Team Picky directly (support@gopicky.com).
Changing Your Address to a New Country
If you are moving to a country, be sure to change your address before applying to a new campaign. Campaigns are often country-specific, so the campaigns that will be available for you to participate in will be completely different.
If you move to a new country after applying for a campaign, this may disqualify you from participating.
