If you don't submit the content requested of you within 14 days of your product(s) being delivered, your account will be put on hold. In order to remove the hold on your account, you must do both of the following:
- Submit the missing content.
- Contact the Picky Team at support@gopicky.com to request your account be reactivated.
While your account is on hold, you cannot apply for new campaigns. You may only submit missing content, request payment for previously completed campaigns, and update your payment details.
