Yes! Once you have been accepted to join a campaign, the messaging feature will become available to you when you click to view the campaign details.
Click on the Messages tab to be taken to a direct 1:1 chat box with the brand! Here you can ask questions relating to the product delivery and revision requests.
You will also receive notices through this chat box when there are changes to your campaign status, such as shipping updates and revision requests.
There's no need to keep an eye on the chat...
Every time a new message is available, you will receive an email from us! So you can get on with your day while the brand takes the time to work on your inquiry.
