Once you have been accepted for a campaign, the next step is to wait for the brand to ship the product to you. Once the package is on its way to you, there are two ways to check the tracking:
Shipping Notification Email
As soon as the package has been shipped and there is tracking information available for you, you will receive an email notification. In the email there is a link that will take you to the campaign on the platform where you can check the shipping status and tracking link via the Shipping tab.
My Campaigns
You can directly check the tracking by heading to the My Campaigns page on the Picky Creators platform. Find the campaign you want to check and press the button underneath the campaign name to be taken to the campaign details.
Swap to the Shipping tab and view the status and link to your tracking information.
What do I do if there are issues with my product delivery?
If you experience any issues while receiving your product you can report this using the Report a Problem button next to your shipping details. You can use this form to report any issues you experience with delivery or the product.
