When browsing available campaigns on the Picky Creators platform, you will notice that there are two types of campaigns: Social Campaigns and Content Campaigns. But what is the difference between the two? 🤔
Social Campaigns
The aim of these Campaigns is to advertise the brand's product to your followers while adhering to the brand's guidelines. Exposure is the key here!
Social campaigns are only available to Creators who fit the following criteria:
- The Creator has an account for the required social media platform registered in their Picky profile. Each Social Campaign is for a specific social media platform, ie. TikTok, Instagram etc.
- The Creator has the minimum follower count requested by the brand.
If you do not fit one or both of these criteria, you will not be able to apply for the Social Campaign.
The for all Social Campaigns you will be asked to upload one post to your social media's main feed. The social media and the content type will be specified in the Campaign guidelines. If the campaign is for Instagram, you may also be asked to include an Instagram Story in addition to the main post.
NOTE Because of the requirement to post on social media, the content submission for this campaign type has an extra step. Remember to submit your content and caption to the brand for approval via the platform first, before posting online. Once your content is approved, it's time to post! To complete the campaign, remember to submit the link to your social media post once it is uploaded! |
Content Campaigns
Content Campaigns do not require you to post the content you create to your own social media. Rather, the brands will use the content for their social media and marketing campaigns. However - while it is not a requirement - you can always share the content to your own social media afterwards if you would like.
Content Campaigns are open to all Creators.
For Content Campaigns, you will be asked to create and submit either:
- 5 images for image campaigns, or
- 2 videos for video campaigns
